Show Me Your Number HIV Prevention Project NPC (SMYN) seeks to contribute to a healthy South Africa by reducing new HIV and TB infections, promote human rights through eradicating stigma and discrimination and contribute towards social cohesion by using the platform of sport, arts & culture as a vehicle to raise awareness through training, community engagement and edutainment. Established in 2010 as an NPO and NPC, SMYN champions human rights and drives demand for counselling, testing, and prevention of HIV and TB.

In 2006, Mabalane Mfundisi and Jonas Montsho approached SAFPU with a proposal to host an annual soccer game to raise funds and promote SAFPU's involvement in the fight against HIV and AIDS. This led to the creation of Show Me Your Number, an annual soccer match. In 2010, Show Me Your Number transformed into Show Me Your Number HIV Prevention Project, registered as a Section 21 Company and Non-Profit Company. A Board of Directors, including Simba Marumo (founding Chairperson), Mabalane Mfundisi (Executive Director), and other members, was established in July 2010. The founding Board served until the end of 2013.

Big Sister, Little Sister is a school-based intervention where big sisters (usually SMYN representatives) go to schools in communities and support adolescent young women and girls by implementing health-based interventions through dialogues, providing care packs and other related activities.

Generation Change Makers is an advocacy program aimed at the youth and is focused on advocating for their health rights, ensuring the delivery of youth friendly services at clinics and educating young people on where and how to access those services.

The door-to-door campaign was initially incepted in partnership with local clinics in specific districts to work together to track and trace patients who have defaulted on their medication or do not come for set appointments and going directly to their homes and to track and encourage them to continuously take their medication. This is now used in our current implemented programs as part of social mobilization to encourage the uptake of medication and other health services.

#DontLetStigmaWin is a hashtag campaign used during the implementation of human rights campaigns and some of its objectives are to reduce stigma and discrimination towards key and vulnerable populations, sensitize lawmakers and law enforcers, implement legal literacy by teaching people to know their rights and to strengthen legal support services.

Nanana Take Me Home is an in-school and out of school based intervention for adolescent young men and boys, providing grassroots soccer programs, providing and encouraging the uptake of health services.
